HELLO!

Ideation can be defined as the process of solving a problem or the generating of new ideas - the process begins at problem identification and ends with the implementation of a solution. I chose to study Ideation because I like asking questions just as much as I like answering them and in order to solve a problem you must fully understand the user first - and the only way to do that, is to ask as many questions as possible. By using different design thinking methodologies, you consider a problem from every possible angle and in turn, create more possible and plausible solutions. Ideation allows you to not only improve a person’s life when solving a problem but also to enhance their experience when interacting with a design solution. 

 

I am also really good a viewing a situation from the outside; this third-person perspective allows me to look at a problem from many different angles. I am a hardworking and self-motivated individual, but if my degree has taught me anything, it is that collaboration between different individuals, teams and perspectives are essential when tackling a problem and attempting to solve it.
